Hazmat Endorsement Training
If you are planning to get a Hazmat Endorsement you will be required to have training prior to going in and taking your test with your local DMV. You do not need this course unless you plan to get your Hazmat Endorsement.
This online training course meets the federal minimum standards for Hazardous Materials Theory training.
The course covers the 13 required Hazardous Materials topics. The training should take a trainee or driver approximately 2 hours to complete. There are quiz questions throughout the material. The course will not move on until you answer the questions correctly.
Please note: If you are working for, or planning to work for an SDTA member trucking company, you can get a discounted rate of $300 by calling your employer and getting a discount code.
Once you’ve filled out the necessary forms and submitted your payment, we will get you added to our training system and you will receive an email and text with login information.
